On the view that people can decide their gender subjectively, it would seem that they can switch around frequently as the mood or privileges are favorable? By the way, is a woman in a sexual or romantic relationship with a trans-person a lesbian or heterosexual?

Oddly enough, some researchers along the lines of the expert witness discovered that suicidal ideation and psychosis increased after trans-identity-affirming interventions.

Senator Travis just set a trap. He no doubt has a few expert witnesses of his own

The fight over expert witnesses was a big part of the original Scopes Trial, and plays a major role in The Wise of Heart as well.

I guess that is the 64 Billion dollar question. Both Senator Travis and Senator Castillo seem to be excellent lawyers. I suspect that wheels within wheels are turning on both sides

(Transgender comes from the Latin, where trans- means “on the far side.”)

Who knew Gary Larson was behind this.
